The Official Hospitality Program is part of a new spectators’ program designed to make the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25 a special experience.
The range of products in the Hospitality Program is designed to offer a different experience from just competition viewing, with opportunities to meet special guests, priority entry through a dedicated entrance gate, and a lounge available before and after the sessions.

Hospitality options

Special guests, including former athletes, are scheduled to visit the BOX and the Lounge. Enjoy behind-the-scenes stories and valuable insights that can only be shared here.
You will also have the opportunity to take pictures with the guests and get their autographs. We provide opportunities for direct interaction in a relaxed setting.

  • MASUDA Akemi

    MASUDA Akemi is a sports journalist and a professor at the Osaka University of Arts. She competed for Japan in the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.

  • HACHIMAN Kenji

    HACHIMAN Kenji is a retired Japanese hurdler who specialized in the 110-meter hurdles. He competed for Japan at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics in Osaka, achieving a personal best time of 11.70 seconds. He also won the title at the 2012 All-Japan Championships.

  • FUKUSHIMA Chisato

    FUKUSHIMA Chisato is currently an assistant professor at Juntendo University. She represented Japan in the Olympics in Beijing, London, and Rio de Janeiro. She holds the Japanese national records in the women's 100-meter and 200-meter sprints.

  • TSUKAHARA Naoki

    TSUKAHARA Naoki is a Japanese track and field sprinter who specializes in the 100-meter dash. He represented Japan at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and won a silver medal in the 4x100-meter relay with SUETSUGU Shingo, TAKAHIRA Shinji, and ASAHARA Nobuharu.

Gate opening, arrival, and reception:
Please collect your special pass from the reception desk, after which you will be guided to the BOX area.

Before the session starts:
You will be shown to your BOX, where you can enjoy the view and atmosphere of the stadium. Feel free to enjoy BOX's exclusive menu items. Service staff will serve drinks throughout the session.

18:30

Pre-session:
Watch the athletes warm up and enjoy the exciting atmosphere before the competition starts.

19:00

It's time for track and field!
From your BOX seat, you can see the entire field. Immerse yourself in the thrilling atmosphere. Enjoy light meals and drinks while watching the competition.

22:30

The competition has ended...
Take in the lingering excitement as you prepare to leave the Stadium.

Lounge

In addition to premium seating near the finish line, there will be a dedicated lounge right next to the stadium for pre-competition.
With talk shows in the lounge and a dedicated bar, the Lounge option will turn the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25 into a truly special experience.
Lounge Hospitality customers will be able to bring home mementos from the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo 2020.

A Guide to Making the Most of
Your Time at the Lounge Hospitality

Gate open/arrival and reception:
Please collect your special pass from the reception desk and you will then be guided to the Lounge.

Before the session starts:
Indulge in a variety of buffet-style offerings and an array of beverages in the Lounge, where the ambiance sets it apart from the stadium. We will invite special guests, including former athletes, to talk about behind-the-scenes stories and share valuable insights that can only be heard here.
(They will also be available for photos and autographs.)

18:30

Pre-session:
Take a short walk to the Stadium to watch the athletes warm up and enjoy the exciting atmosphere before the competition begins.

19:00

It's time for track and field!
Experience the excitement of the entire Stadium coming together from your premium seats near the finish line. Please note that food and drinks cannot be brought into the Stadium. However, since Lounge Hospitality Pass holders can re-enter the Stadium, you can always walk back to the Lounge for a short break to enjoy drinks and desserts.
Please note that the lounge may close earlier than scheduled, so we recommend using it as early as possible.

22:30

The competition has ended...

Ticket+ includes a limited-edition of official World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25 merchandise. Make your World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25 visit a more memorable experience with this package.

* A Ticket+ exchange voucher will be sent via email approximately one month before the Championships begin.

Where can I find the detailed timetable?

You can find the timetable by day and discipline on the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25 official site.

Is there a dress code for spectators?

Please refrain from wearing flip-flops, ripped/torn jeans, revealing/skimpy clothing.

Is there a wheelchair accessible hospitality product?

Please contact us at info.pdhx@pia.co.jp in advance for wheelchair.

Do you have parking space?

There will be no parking available, so please use public transportation to come to visit the Stadium.

Do you have a cloakroom?

BOX Hospitality customers have access to a cloakroom. However, please remember to keep your valuables with you at all times.
Please note that Lounge Hospitality customers do not have access to a cloakroom.

Who will be speaking on the talk show?

The speaker is currently being arranged for. We will inform you as soon as a decision is made. Former athletes will be on stage to speak to the fans about the highlight of the session.

I have already purchased a ticket in the pre-sale, but can I change it to the hospitality package?

Please contact us at info.pdhx@pia.co.jp with the details of the tickets you already have and let us know your request.
* Please understand that depending on availability, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

* All prices include tax.

* The same rate as adults applies for children over 3 years old.

* Children under the age of 3 will be admitted free-of-charge but must sit on adult's lap. (A fee will be charge when requiring a seating.)

* A handling fee (special charge) of 550 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged separately from the ticket price.

* The maximum number of tickets per purchase is 8 per session, regardless of seat type.

* Please contact us in advance for wheelchair seating.

* Ticket cannot be changed or refunded for customers' personal reasons. Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.

* Hazardous materials are not allowed.

* No animals, except service dogs, hearing dogs, and guide dogs, are allowed.

* Please be aware and acknowledge that you may be seen in images taken by the media and/or staff during your visit, and that these materials may be posted in various media.
